Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel your order, please contact (contact@dazzledealsonline.com) with your order details.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Clothing items such as sarees, chudidars, tops, and leggings must have all original tags intact. Electronic items and accessories must include all accessories and manuals.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during clearance sales or under special discounts cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective.
